MissionFlow charges a flat $195/month base plus 5% of all contributions and revenue processed through the platform. The 5% variable fee is capped at $2,500/month — so your total is always between $195/month (if you raise $0) and $2,695/month (if your 5% would otherwise exceed $2,500). No setup fees, no hidden costs, no long-term contracts.
What is a fiscal sponsor — and why does it matter? +
A fiscal sponsor is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit that lets mission-driven projects operate under its tax-exempt status. MissionFlow operates under a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) framework, but international projects are welcome as long as the mission aligns with IRS-compliant charitable purposes. We'll help you determine fit during onboarding.
Do we need to be incorporated to join? +
No incorporation is required. That said, we generally recommend incorporating at the state level for liability protection. We can guide you through the process.
